Your Account
By using the website you agree to keep your password and account details confidential, and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
All the personal information that you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Capacity
The products on the website are only available for sale to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products are not available to persons under the age of 18 years and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
Ordering
Before you place an order you’ll need to log on to create an account with Get Drenched. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email on despatch of the goods.
Placing an order is legally binding but it does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that we have the right to cancel an order from any customer who we believe to be not acting in accordance with these terms and conditions, or any customer who we believe is using the site fraudulently.
Prices
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST, and are in Australian Dollars.
Payment Information
We accept the following payment methods:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Full payment must be received before the goods are despatched.
If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card then the card used must be in your own name.
Stock Availability
We do all we can to ensure all products shown on the website are available. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, inaccuracies in stock quantities may occur.
If we do spot an error that may affect your order, then we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Postage costs are extra and are shown before the checkout process
We’d love to be able to guarantee delivery times, but we’re very much in the hands of our delivery partners. Naturally from Sydney it takes much longer for parcels to arrive in Western Australia and the Northern Territory than it does for parcels to arrive in other parts of New South Wales.
As a general rule, please allow a week for your parcel to arrive, although we’ll endeavour to complete your order and get it into the postal system within 24 hours of receipt. Consequently, most parcels will arrive quickly – we just can’t guarantee it!
If placing an order for an important even such as a birthday, wedding or Mother’s Day, then please order early – unfortunately we can’t be responsible for the speed of delivery after the parcel leaves our premises. We’ll provide a tracking number with each parcel despatched.
Overseas Shipping
At this stage we’re only able to mail to Australian addresses. Any changes to this policy will be updated on this website. If you’re currently living outside Australia then please still get in touch – if we’re unable to supply to you directly, then we’ll certainly try to point you in the right direction!

All returns should be sent back within 7 days of receipt and in the condition that they were received.
Product Images and Descriptions
Because many of the products on our site are handmade, the images shown on the website may vary slightly in colour and design to the products received.
We’ll take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website at any particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Safety
As some of our products look good enough to eat, they’re not suitable for young children under 3 years old.
