How do I place an order?
To place an order with Get Drenched you can either register on our website, or you’re more than welcome to checkout as a guest if you prefer..
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal and American Express. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
Can I send an order to another address?
Yes, you are able to send to another address by entering the details into the "Shipping Address" section when in the "Check Out" area.
Can I send a message with my order?
Yes, just put any wording into the ‘message’ section with your order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with Get Drenched by clicking the Forgotten Password link.
Is GST included?
Yes GST (Goods & Services Tax) is included in the price on all online orders.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery at a flat rate of $10 (incl. GST). These orders should arrive within 5 to 7 working days depending on Australia Post delivery timetables.
How will you confirm my order?
When your order is received, we'll send you an email confirming your order. If for any reason you have not received this email, please check your spam and / or junk mail folders.
